Decades of reckless power and greed have suffocated that which sustains us, watching as the beauty of nature is left to decay. ‘Finite’ explores the devastating effects of plastic pollution in the marine environment - the turtle skull representing the worst consequence; as well as the repercussions associated with melting ice caps - the polar bear expressing the species despair as they struggle to survive in diminishing habitats.
The inclusion of the female face advocates the necessity to face up to these consequences as, collectively, the passion and innovation of humanity can be the tools to restore the natural world.
